Hey V...... You know you are in the tropics ........ when you can reply...... this lighting is just supplied........ i had some reflectors lost on the way down ...... so I had GregM zap round to give 3 more to MinhTu to bring when she came down from NYC........ but you know what....... sorry to admit this Greg we didn't use them once (but much thanx vvvvmuch anyway bro)........ the light was either incredibly perfect like this..... or it was pouring with rain....... hehehehe........ it is the rainy season down there at the moment....... In this its the end of the day the most incredible golden light is streaking between the palm trees....... she is in that light...... the water is largely below actually being illuminated by the light directly...... but she is in such golden light that it almost looks crazy..... i ended up desaturating it....... not increasing saturation........ hey you know you are in the tropics ....... give Helen at the Maya Breeze Inn & Resort a ring....... they do amazing deals..... especially at this time of year they will fix your flights the whole works...... all you need to do is bring the cameras...... then chill at the tikki bar..... hehehe.........

Very, very wrong for doubting that you'd ever send me the photos, and for thinking your photos couldn't possibly be more gorgeous in person than they are on the blog ... they are here in my hands (THANK YOU!), and they are BREATHTAKING! PS....... for people wondering about how Lynda comes to have prints for her wall....... she is one of the lucky winners of the last Jezblog what is it? where is it? photo competition which was a while back ........ just to point out...... Karen who also won....... had her pictures in a couple of days ......
But we decided to mess with Lynda..... mess with her bad....... hehehe....... well strictly she also decided to mess with us just a little......hehehe....... we had these great pictures of President Obama to give away as the prize ..... but Lynda had a couple of special pictures in mind ........ I did agree to find them and make the prints....... there in started a bit of a saga....
..... some problems locating and organizing the correct pictures and printers ( I was moving out of DC at the time hehe I got a flat ... my suit was at the cleaners... there were locusts... an old friend came into town......)
....... there was some hostage taking ........ the usual.... but hey...... all's well that ends well...........
We must do another competition......... and get the prize pictures all ready to go...... before ........
If you are a winner of the next one ...... The lesson is...... go with the mighty pictures we are offering if you want anything approaching fast service....... hehehehe..........`

Wow another amazing photo Jez! MinhTu seems like she is just so naturally photogenic. Hope you had fun in Belize and I will be driving through ATL here in a few weeks back to IL for a weekend maybe there will be a good storm coming through to photograph and send you haha.
